Speakers of Change Announces Inaugural Event in Dubai

Dubai, UAE – 6 February 2026 – Speakers of Change is transforming the global speaking landscape with its inaugural event in Dubai. Founded by communication and leadership experts Paddy Kennedy and Teresa Dukes, this new platform challenges the traditional, one-way speaking format by giving the audience an equal voice.

Through an innovative design blending keynote talks, panel dialogue, and audience-led reflection — called The Collective Speaker — Speakers of Change turns events into living conversations that inspire action and lasting impact.
