Sadika is the founder and CEO of “Kun Consultancy”, as well as the founder of “Kun Ensan” or “Being Human” a NGO she established in her home country Lebanon. She is the holder of a Masters degree in Comparative Literature. 

Sadika is the current Chair of WiBSE (Women in Building Engineering) in the UAE. 

She is a certified trainer, speaker, coach, teacher, DISC Behavioural Consultant, parenting consultant, and youth leadership trainer, on the John C. Maxwell Leadership Team. 

She is a Global Priority Specialist and a value based leadership expert. 

Sadika is also a certified emotional fitness coach a Meta coach,a NLP practitioner, a Design Thinking trainer, a two times TEDx speaker, a best seller author, a member of the National Storytelling Network in the United States, and most importantly a human in the making.
